Administration Officer Eatability Feeding Services About the Business Eatability Feeding Services is a private paediatric speech pathology practice located in Prospect South Australia. Established in 2018, we provide highly accredited speech, language, early play/interaction, social, communication and feeding services. We work with children with disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome and Genetic Conditions. Our team currently includes 5 therapists who provide clinic-based services and some community based services.
About the role You will be responsible for supporting a small team of Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants who provide therapy services to families and children. Your main tasks will include:
Being the first point of contact for families coming into the clinic. Managing appointments, phone calls and emails. Raising invoices and taking payments. Setting up clinic rooms and resources for therapists.Assisting in the daily operation of the business including some cleaning/tidying. Contributing to the success of our business through collaboration, high performance, and reliability.Formatting and setting up reports, documents, and letters. Is passionate about working with children/families and people with a disability. Has strong attention to accuracy and detail.Is proficient in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Can provide exceptional customer service. Has proven organisation and administrative skills. Has strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Can work effectively on multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Has experience with data management and billing systems (e.g., Cliniko, Xero, EFTPOS). Can foster a positive team working environment that is inclusive of all people. Can grow in a dynamic environment with a fun and friendly team.Has experience with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Essential Requirements: Friendly, approachable, fun, and great with children/families. Can work independently, manage time, and use initiative.NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Can provide a COVID 19 Digital Certificate. Able to work Monday and Fridays 9am to 5pm (with flexibility to start later or finish earlier on some days). Has a current driver's license.
