Excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the team at Fleurieu Cranes!
About the Opportunity In the Administrator role, you will support the Crane Office and the Operations Team with administrative matters and ad hoc tasks. The purpose of the role is to facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day requirements, that are often time critical, to ensure commitments are delivered to customers and stakeholders.
Ideally candidates will have at least 12 months work experience in an administration or reception role. Candidates of varying experience, skillsets and industry backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage online customer inductions for operations employees Provide assistance to employees in accessing and completing inductions Maintain all lift registers for equipment used within the business Maintain training and licences records for operations employees Assist the Crane Office Supervisor with quotes as required Responding to ad hoc admin requests from the Operations Manager and Supervisors Provides back up support to the Crane Office Supervisor Takes reasonable care health for the health and safety of self and others About You You are a professional and friendly team player that can manage various stakeholders and prioritise tasks against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will have past experience in similar administrative role/s and have developed the skills required to deliver a high-quality service to your stakeholders. You also have a love of customer service and building great working relationships.
You will have:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Outstanding problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to deadlines The ability to task-switch, shifting your attention from one task to another and back again as demands change Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel The ability to share information effectively with internal and external stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional telephone manner A current drivers' licence (provisional or full licence) Previous experience in the Crane, Plant Hire or Construction industries is desired, but not essential.
About Our Client Fleurieu Cranes is one of South Australia's leading crane hire companies with depots at Wingfield and Seaford, and Macweld Crane Hire is located in Port Augusta, providing their customers with safe and efficient solutions involving crane hire and related services throughout South Australia and beyond.
They own, operate, and maintain a comprehensive fleet of cranes ranging in size up to 700T; consisting of City, Franna, All Terrain and Tower Cranes. The team is dedicated and focused on providing customers with industry leading solutions, with all work undertaken to the highest degree of safety, whilst conforming with all site and statutory regulations.
