Barwon Health Immunisation team is looking for the a permanent part time administration assistant to join them ( 56 hours per fortnight) The role is varied, challenging and rewarding. Work with a small professional, friendly team delivering the National Immunisation program to the residents of the Geelong region About the facility Barwon Health Immunisation team is based in Belmont but travels across the City of Greater Geelong and Golden Plains Shire to deliver their services in community and school sessions. A workplace Influenza program is also offered to businesses within the region. About the role The role entails working collaboratively with Immunisation staff to ensure smooth running of the immunisations sessions, both in Belmont and outreach sessions. The administration role requires providing high levels of customer service to our clients ,their families and external businesses. If you have a keen eye for detail, are flexible and adaptable to work in a variety of settings, and have the ablity to work under pressure this may be the role for you.
