In the role of Administration officer - Housing & Facilities, you will be at the forefront of coordinating accommodation requirements for MRC staff, contractors and external agencies.
You will build relationships with a diverse range of people and will apply your skills to assist with the organising and monitoring of processes required to maintain our facilities.
You will provide administrative support for both routine and reactive maintenance of Council buildings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing freight procurement, processing and monitoring purchase requisitions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable invoicing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
The position is based in Alice Springs and we offer a permanent, full-time position with a starting annual salary of, $77,023 [inclusive of superannuation and leave loading].

To succeed in this role, you'll have at least 2 years' experience within an administration role.
High level communication skills, ability to work independently and a focus on attention to detail which is an essential attribute for this position.
