About The Position Anglicare's Home & Community service provides valuable support and assistance to our older population, allowing them to remain in their own homes.
Our offices at Eight Mile Plains and Cleveland require an Administration Officer on a full-time six-month contract to provide administration support.
Our friendly team are looking for an experienced Administration Officer who has excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience within a service industry will be highly regarded.
About You With a passion for aged care and a strong attention to detail you will use your Customer Service skills to add value and support to those working in the field by providing a high level of administration support.
Experience with Procura - highly regarded Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment Highly effective customer service skills A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups Dedication and commitment to error free administration, with unwavering attention-to-detail Analytical and problem-solving skills National Police Clearance Queensland Drivers Licence
