About The PositionAnglicare's Home & Community service provides valuable support and assistance to our older population, allowing them to remain in their own homes.
Our offices at Eight Mile Plains and Cleveland require an Administration Officer on a full-time six-month contract to provide administration support.Our friendly team are looking for an experienced Administration Officer who has excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience within a service industry will be highly regarded.About YouWith a passion for aged care and a strong attention to detail you will use your Customer Service skills to add value and support to those working in the field by providing a high level of administration support.Experience with Procura - highly regardedSelf-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environmentHighly effective customer service skillsA solid understanding of the entire Microsoft SuiteHighly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groupsDedication and commitment to error free administration, with unwavering attention-to-detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsNational Police ClearanceQueensland Drivers LicenceWhat We OfferAnglicare is committed to building a highly skilled workforce, assisted by a dedicated management team.
