The Role: Centacare Community Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Administration Officer with a strong focus on customer service to join our team in Southport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency. This role also involves maintaining stock ordering, record-keeping, archiving, and distribution of email correspondence. Key Responsibilities: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from clients with professionalism and dedication to resolving inquiries efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing accurate information about our services. Assist clients living with disabilities and Aged Care clients with their inquiries and support needs. Process stock orders and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for service delivery. Perform record-keeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and archiving of documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Manage the distribution of email correspondence to appropriate team members and ensure timely responses to client inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call centre or similar environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients over the phone and via email. Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software or similar systems preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information. Ability to obtain an NDIS clearance and a Blue Card (WWCC) Why Work for us?
