About the position The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services to support the delivery of the activities of the GPH headspace Oran Park.
Based at headspace Oran Park, this is a full-time fixed term position up until 30 June 2025.
Key responsibilities will include: Provide administration support for the overall day to day functioning of the office Work flexibly and collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the organisation Deliver customer service to young people, friends and family and service providers over the phone and at reception.
We are looking for someone with: 1.
Relevant training and experience in health administration in a fast-paced environment.
2.
Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications and ability to learn new IT systems and clinical systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4.
