Administration Officer (Head to Health Kids - Better Care Together)Provide an efficient standard of professional administrative support to the Head to Health Kids-Queensland Service within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS).
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer (Head to Health Kids – Better Care Together) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will Provide effective and co-operative communications by responding appropriately to customer enquiries at reception and/or within the work areaAccurately enter data into various systems including inputting patient information into Hospital Based Computer Information SystemManage patient referrals, organise and book outpatient appointments where appropriateAdmit, discharge and transfer patients or consumers to and from the unitAbout you To be successful in this position you will require:
While not mandatory, the ability to work in a busy clinical environment would be well regardedWhile not mandatory, a sound knowledge of internal hospital information systems would be well regardedEvidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis BTuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be requiredDeclaration of serious discipline history must be disclosedCriminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)Flexible work optionsSalary PackagingModern FacilitiesDiverse Work Culture12.75% super17.5% leave loadingPermanent full timeBase salary ranging from $74 722 - $83 097 per annumAbout Us Gold Coast Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) is a part of the Mental Health and Specialist Services (MHSS) Division.
