This includes managing room bookings and liaising with hub users, document creation that is accurate, high quality, and author approved, along with the processing of financial administration, within budget guidelines and delegation levels.This role supports the Neighbourhood House Coordinator and will continue that strategic engagement of the community through the coordination of bookings, meetings, events, and development programs.Work type: Temporary Part Time (20hrs per week) through to June 2026Classification: Band 4 $69,560 - $74,316 pa plus superKey responsibilities include:Provide administrative support for the organisation of courses, programs, events, and functions of the Grovedale Community HubCoordinate room booking processes at the hub, including the processing of invoices, purchasing, and finance administrationPreparation of standard letters, templates, documents formats, mailing lists, minutes, agendas, reports, submissions, and action plansMaintain the highest ethical standards, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues handled within the officeAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have experience as an administration and finance officer, preferably in a similar community-based role.
