A job to be proud of: You will be required to conduct a variety of administration duties for the sub centre whilst continually providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
This position is a permanent, full-time role, working every Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
What you'll do: Customer Service - Regional Office Reception and First Aid kit sales processing First Aid enrolments & enquiries for the Midwest region.
Daily Banking Monitoring of email inbox/s Supplier statement review Raising Purchase Orders & receipting invoices against PO's Honorariums Entering/Processing and follow up for Ambulance depots Processing of EPCRs for short term leave cover (sick, annual & long service) Event processing support as required Assist with coordinating Repairs & Maintenance for Ambulances Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Regional Manager What you'll need: Proven administration and data entry experience Previous experience conducting Accounts Payable and reconciliation tasks.
Ability to work autonomously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite Established data entry skills.
