Part Time Permanent (0.6) | Rare Opportunity | Training Provider Your new company Hays Gippsland are currently partnering with a large, well known training provider who is one of the state's largest providers of apprenticeship and traineeship training. Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team in Fulham on a Part-Time permanent basis. You have the option to work 3 full days a week or 4 days a week with reduced hours. You will be responsible for the following You will be responsible for providing Administration and Enrolment support within our client's Corrections portfolio while carrying out the following duties; Facilitate all aspects of student applications – processing and receiving enrolments, resulting and grading preparing statement of results, and provision of statement of attainments and industry cards Ensure work practices comply with organisational policies and procedures and compliance requirements; maintain accurate and up to date records and participate in quality/compliance audits Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager, Director of Corrections, Education Managers, the Lead Educators, teaching and support staff Liaise with host organisations to ensure effective operation of the campus Maintain local security policies and protocols, including the arrangement of clearances, supervision of contractors, visitors and deliveries and the provision of advice to contractors Use judgement and problem solving to respond to clients and assist team leaders & managers with complex issues Address complaints from Key Clients, Employers and Students Other Ad-Hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships Ability to collaborate across relevant business areas and adapt accordingly Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Intermediate - Advanced computer skills with previous experience using the Microsoft Suite and Excel Experience working within Education is highly desirable A valid Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain A current National Police Check or willing to obtain What you'll get in return You will be part of a large well-known organisation where you will enjoy an exciting and supportive environment with modern tools and technology to complete your job.
