We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the subcontractor sign-in/out process, managing subcontractor compliance of inductions, and efficiently handling procurement tasks such as raising Purchase Orders (POs) and goods receipting.
Your administrative expertise will be vital as you manage document control, consolidate monthly reports, and assist in the formatting of the Contract Management Plans.
You'll also process internal electrical maintenance reports while maintaining compliance records for both staff and subcontractor companies.
You thrive in a collaborative team environment and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
With experience in a similar role—preferably within a facilities, construction, or subcontractor management setting—you are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using various software platforms.
Flexibility in working within a rotating shift structure is essential.
