Administration Officer - Foster & Kinship
Child Welfare, Youth & Family Services (Community Services & Development)
Due to recent expansion within the South West Region and Foundations Care, the opportunity of a full time
Administration Officer
has become available. This position will provide effective administrative support to our local Foundations Care Foster & Kinship teams within our Southwest Qld regions of Ipswich and Toowoomba.
We are seeking applicants that can apply high quality administration, clerical and financial processes to achieve efficient and effective work practices that align with Foundations Care goals, in the best interests of young people and children.
The
Administration Officer
will have the natural ability to work collaboratively with all team members across the regions and the successful candidate will be located in the
Toowoomba
office upon appointment. The position may also be required to travel within the surrounding regions and is being offered initially as a
12 month fixed term
role.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, however not limited to:
Working in conjunction with the Company Business Operational and Foster & Kinship Care Intensive Program teams to ensure consistency of operational practice is supported at local program level
Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provide professional first point of contact for general enquiries, both in person and via telecommunications
Assist and coordinate all events within the SW regions
Record keeping within internal systems, including data management relevant to brokerage
Maintenance of fleet vehicle requirements for the SW regions
Maintenance and coordination of all office items and stationery whilst managing the budgetary requirements accordingly
Ensure building and office locations within the region are maintained accordingly and in accordance with service delivery requirements
