TLC Aged Care Fitzroy North has an extensive range of on-site services available making Clifton Views a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema.
We welcome a cheery and motivated full-time Administration Officer to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents and employees feel warm and welcomed.
Hours of work
Onsite Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700 What you'll be doing
Managing a busy switchboard Meet & greet all guests Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts Support education of staff Payroll related tasks Support the General Manager as required Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house Deliver exceptional customer services to all stakeholders Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees What you'll get
