Administration Officer – Property Investment Business Are you looking for an opportunity to utilise your compliance and administrative skills within a dynamic property investment business?
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in compliance, finance, or legal administration to join our clients fantastic team.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting and processing fund documents Coordinating the execution of legal and financial documents and maintaining records Ensuring compliance by monitoring and reviewing company policies Lodging documents with ASIC and other regulatory bodies Preparing and reviewing forms and compliance-related documents Responding to internal compliance inquiries Performing controls assurance activities Driving continuous improvements in compliance activities and processes Who We're Looking For: Ideally, you have experience in compliance or administration within the financial services sector We also welcome candidates with transferrable skills from banking, finance, or law A proactive approach and the ability to work independently on complex compliance matters Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with compliance standards in the financial or legal sectors is a plus Join us in this key role where you will support a clear mission to ensure operations meet the highest compliance standards.
