An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Administration Officer in Brisbane to join the team.
This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of residential projects throughout QLD, presenting a unique blend of challenge and professional development in a thriving environment.
Some of the responsibilities of this role includes: Coordinate the setup and ongoing management of new jobs in the CRM system.Manage email distribution from a shared administrative inbox.Gather necessary documentation from builders to initiate jobs.Generate invoices, quotes, handle account inquiries, and manage project correspondence as needed.Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management within the CRM system.Establish and uphold streamlined administrative systems and processes.Oversee the timely, cost-effective, accurate, and efficient completion of assigned tasks.BENEFITS
