(pro rata) plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits - ASO2Fulltime Temporary for 12 monthsAbout the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Division of Surgical Specialties & Anaesthesia (DSSA).
As an integral part of the DSSA team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and confidential secretarial, administrative, and reception services by prioritising, vetting, and processing all communications (including telephone calls) competently, timely, and confidentially. Part of the role will include the co-ordination of Divisional meetings and accurately minuting, transcribing, and distributing minutes in a timely manner.
You will also assist with the provision of monthly activity statements for the Division, as well as ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
