Current Opportunity Working within the friendly and dynamic Digital team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Team Administrator and grow within a successful company.
This role forms an integral part of the team, responsible for the facilitation of a smooth, efficient office operation including support for the digital procurement of services, software and hardware, as well as supporting Digital project delivery.
Key accountabilities will include: Manage calendars, travel arrangements and catering Organise and participate in meetings, including preparing minutes Follow up of open actions and coordination with other teams Assist with the coordination and formatting of weekly and monthly reports Manage document control for Digital Assist with expense claims, purchase orders and timesheets Tracking of equipment and software deadlines.
About You You will have exceptional people skills and must be a confident, efficient multitasker, who has strong attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and manage time effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will also have: Previous experience in either a Team Assistant or Administration position with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems Experience with finance / purchasing systems (eg SAP, Pronto etc) for purchase orders, receipting, invoices, etc Demonstrated experience in supporting purchasing and tracking of supplier spend against budgets Strong communication skills, with a positive approach to teamwork and ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders at all levels.
