About the role The Mater Hospital Administration team has an opportunity available for an experienced Administration Officer to join their team working in admissions and patient contacting across Mater Hospital Brisbane Day Procedure Unit. This position will be permanent part-time, 24 hours per week.
Salary range: $28.67 - $33.28 (MCA2) per hour plus superannuation and salary packaging What you'll be doing This position is a front of house Administration Officer and your role will involve but not limited to:
Providing Exceptional Customer Service to patient and clientsProcessing patient admissions, transfers and discharges and the preparation of clinical formsProviding administrative support to clinical staffMaintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality, complying with administration, and financial policy and procedures. Maintaining accurate, current and accessible files, including maintenance of records of relevant meetings and discussionsContinually demonstrate highly developed written communication skills including ability to draft routine correspondence on behalf of the senior managementProvide administrative assistance to other senior staff and others as requestedExercise judgement where necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not definedAbout you To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
