We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed administration officer to join our manufacturing team.
The role: Process and complete shipping and transport documents Raise and receipt purchase orders for deliveries Monitor and review customer sales orders Maintain and update production and inventory records – place orders for production materials Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve any issues General administration tasks Assist with stock takes in the manufacturing plant About you: Ideally, experience from a busy manufacturing organisation Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures Ability to work under pressure and multitask Intermediate Microsoft office skills Demonstrated abilities to liaise and manage external and internal relationships to ensure quality service is provided Knowledge of raising and receipting purchase orders Ability to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external clients Hold a current driving licence Full Australian work rights What's in it for you?
