This vital role will support our multidisciplinary team by providing a wide range of administrative services to both staff and consumers.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and professional reception, managing client records, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries.
Your ability to maintain databases, coordinate the waitlist, and process invoices will help ensure the efficient operation of our clinic, which plays a crucial role in providing mental health services to the community.You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clinicians, support staff, clients, and external services, to ensure the seamless delivery of administrative support.
In addition to managing resources, maintaining clinic facilities, and coordinating purchasing orders, you will contribute to an environment of care and respect for mental health consumers.
