As our new Administration Officer – Clinical Services , you will provide administration support to ensure the smooth running of Suncare's growing Clinical Services team. You will assist with data entry, scheduling and general administration duties to support the quality and continuous improvement of the service. The opportunity is available on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Maroochydore office and from home. More about the role: Reporting to the Manager - Clinical Services, you will: Update and maintain customer records and databases Schedule clinical supervision and training Participate and contribute to team meetings, including taking minutes and providing administrative support as required Order and manage supplies and equipment Attend to phone calls, emails and visitor reception areas (where applicable) and triage clinical requests Manage clinic bookings, waitlists and scheduling of referrals Oversee sick leave, contacting customers and rescheduling when a clinician is on leave  Manage student placement paperwork and accreditation checks Liaise with Clinical Service Manager, Clinical Leads and the clinicians around cancellations What you will bring to our team: As a customer and continuous improvement focused professional, we will value your efficient and effective administration skills and enthusiasm to positively contribute to a team-based environment. You will also possess: High level computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to learning and using a range of IT systems Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills  Sound communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders Strong organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to respond well to changing task requirements Demonstrated ability to use initiative and utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Knowledge and experience in community services or aged care sector is desirable but not essential What we offer: At Suncare our people really are our greatest asset.
