About the Role Closing Date: 24/11/2024  Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Flexibility for balancing work and life commitments  Comprehensive learning and growth opportunities Inclusive workplace culture About the role The Administration Officer will be a valued member of the Clinical Safety & Quality Unit to undertake and provide administrative support to the CSQ Director and team members in ensuring core functions, systems and processes are operating efficiently and in accordance with AWH policies, procedures and local standard operating procedures.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment, and to positively contribute to team operations and working relationships Demonstrated practical and knowledge of administration tasks in the health environment.
This includes highly developed keyboard/data entry computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a thorough understanding of the importance of accuracy/attention to detail.
Demonstrated well developed interpersonal and communication skills to ensure relationships are built and maintained with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated competence and confidence in dealing with the public, providing high quality customer service and communicating effectively.
Ability to be adaptable to change and committed to quality improvement, able to explore new ways of working in line with developments in technology, service delivery and funding requirements.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise a busy workload and ensure deadlines are met.
Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Employment Type: This is a part time, fixed term for 3 months opportunity.
