Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital Community Health Centre
What you'll be doing The Admin Officer Level 4 will possess high level organisational skills and work under limited direction and guidance. Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Reception: Set priorities and manage workflow within CYHMS reception, exercising a polite and friendly attitude to provide a high level of customer service.
· Information Management: Comply with and maintain access to relevant databases and information systems. Complie reports as delegated by the Service Manager.
· Work, Health & Safety: Assist the Service Manager to maintain the Hazard Register and assist in the completion of audits.
· Education & Training: Stay up to date with all Mandatory Training and knowledge of clinical service delivery.
· Operational: Assist staff with tasks to support service delivery within a busy CYMHS environment with competing demands and priorities; including assistance in rostering, procurement and recruitment.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, use initiative and problem-solve in order to reliably contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
