About the Role As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to both internal and external clients.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, offering a warm, professional welcome, while managing day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly.
From handling enquiries to maintaining systems, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the team's success.
Key responsibilities include :
Provide high-quality customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.Coordinate appointments with various internal and external agencies, health providers, and community groups.Prepare and edit documents, letters, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.Assist with maintaining records, processing correspondence, and supporting office operations.About You You'll be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in helping others.
