To find out more about our values, benefits, and employee experience, watch this video.About the RoleWe are currently accepting applications for the permanent Administration Officer role as follows:Part time 67.5 hours per fortnightLocated at Cairns venueHourly rate between $33.58 to $35.69The key responsibilities of this position include:Providing broad administrative support to the management team across the Cairns Region.Providing venue administrative support to the Cairns venue, including appointment management.Coordinating administrative deliverables and processes.Participating as a member of the regional administration team.Providing internal and external stakeholders, including clients, with a high level of customer service through face-to-face and telephone communication.Using the Client Information System (CIS) to input and update client details and information relating to sessions and appointments.Receiving money, EFTPOS, and cheque transactions in a timely and accurate manner, banking all receipted transactions and completing banking return forms in line with the Financial Procedures.Workdays/hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant; however, please note that the position holder will be required to work an evening shift (11.30 am to 7.30 pm), with some flexibility needed in order to meet business requirements.About YouTo be successful in this position, you will:Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have a positive, solution-focused approach and be able to problem-solve.Have experience in an administrative role providing face-to-face, email, and telephone customer service, and be able to manage challenging customer interactions in a professional manner.Be competent in computer use (Microsoft Office, email, web-based programs).Have the ability to learn new programs and applications, paired with effective time management, attention to detail, prioritizing, and organizational skills.Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.A certificate III or IV in Business Administration is highly desired.What We Can Offer YouThe salary being offered is $65,492.52 to $69,600.51 per annum pro rata for part-time, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
