The Role: As our new Administrative Officer, you'll be a key player in ensuring our office runs smoothly. You'll handle deal processing, invoice management, and provide top-notch support to our internal teams. Your contributions will directly support our mission to bring affordable luxury EV's to the Australian market.
What You'll Do: Deal Processing: Manage automotive deals from start to finish with precision, ensuring all documentation is flawless and up-to-date. Work closely with our sales and finance teams to address any issues and meet processing deadlines.Invoice Entry: Accurately input and reconcile vehicle invoices, maintaining our high standards of financial accuracy.Internal Customer Service: Offer prompt support to our teams, assisting with administrative and financial queries and ensuring seamless operations across departments.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized electronic records, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.General Support: Collaborate with team members, assist with various tasks, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. What We're Looking For: A certificate in business administration or a related field is a plus but not necessary.Experience in office administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with keen attention to detail.A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
