We work with local, state and federal government entities, the private sector and not for profits organisations through large scale asset assessment, data collection and reporting programs.
To help support our future growth plans, we are seeking a full time Administration Officer to support the CEO and other senior team members in various business development initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, this role will take the lead and initiative on all administrative tasks associated with tender response processes, business partner engagement, and furthering Macutex's profile and position within industry.
This role is not a marketing role, however will be required to liaise with the Marketing Manager as required on marketing and wider sales related initiatives.
Day to Day Job Role Responsibilities

Prepare tender response documentation with corporate information and project delivery team generated content
Prepare and maintain Macutex's library of business submission content such as company CVs and project case studies
Instruct and manage third party creators on platforms such as UpWork for the preparation of visual content to be included in business submissions
Administer tender response information including document downloads and preparing management review summaries
Administer Macutex's tender search subscriptions ensuring the information received is as applicable and current as possible
Identify, prepare and maintain registration applications to ensure Macutex is established on as many Government and industry preferred supplier panels as possible
Provide general administrative support to the CEO and Head of Client Services in identifying and implementing business development initiatives.
This includes for example company and persons research, attending meetings and preparing associated documentation, and preparing presentation material based on standardised content
Liaise with the Marketing Manager and project delivery team as required on related initiatives

Candidate Requirements

A minimum 5 years relevant experience
Office administration, business or marketing related training/qualifications
Strong MS Word/PowerPoint skills, and high general technology literacy
The ability to understand and interpret conceptual ideas generated in group discussion into actionable tasks and outcomes
Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive and efficient executive support to senior personnel
Methodical with attention to detail
Ability to engage professionally with different stakeholders internally, externally, in person and through different digital formats
