Temporary Full Time (ending 1 January 2026)

Working Pattern:

19-day month

Total Remuneration:

$74,521 - $81,323 (includes superannuation)

Base Salary:

$66,389 - $72,448

Superannuation:

Employer contribution of 12.25%

Annual Leave:

4 weeks (pro-rata for part-time employees)

Personal Leave:

2 weeks (pro-rata for part-time employees)

Paid Parental Leave:

14 weeks for primary carer; 2 weeks for secondary carer

Long Service Leave:

Applies after 7 years continuous service

Position Purpose:

To provide administrative and general support to Department and Network staff, be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, facilitate the management of day-to-day enquiries, undertake administrative duties relevant to processing Department related service contracts, provide project related administrative support, and support the currency, maintenance, and standards of the Council's document management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Department.

Ensure all records and information are recorded on corporate systems in accordance with policy and procedure.

Prepare documentation (policies, procedures, forms) in accordance with the approved Management System framework.

Assist in the data development and performance against service levels.

Provide prompt and courteous customer service on behalf of the Department.

Prepare customer service requests (CSRs) and monitor their distribution.

Minimum Requirements:

Certificate III Business Administration, or 3 years relevant experience in an administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience using corporate financial management and purchasing systems.

Demonstrated excellent time management skills.

Highly developed interpersonal skills.
