We are committed to fostering a supportive and professional environment that encourages continuous growth and development for our staff.About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Administration Officer (Receptionist) to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clinical team.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors, managing the front desk and appointment scheduling.Collect and verify patient information, ensuring confidentiality.Maintain a clean reception area and register new patients in the EMR system.Coordinate patient flow and assist with forms and documents.Process payments and insurance claims accurately.Manage emails, mail & calls, as well as office supplies.Contribute to a positive office culture.Requirements:Experience in administration.Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce will be an advantage).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.Enthusiasm for continuous quality improvement.Qualities and Soft Skills:Empathy, effective communication, customer service excellence, adaptability, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, team collaboration, cultural sensitivity, conflict resolution, positive attitude, and confidentiality management.How to Apply: If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting a dynamic clinical team, we would love to hear from you.
