About the role: Based @ Alfred Cove Care CommunityFull time, Monday - FridayEnsure the sales and admissions processConduct toursBuild meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholdersSupport the implementation of approved marketing eventsAssisting with processing of fortnightly staff payrollAccounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicingAssisting with client services and general enquiriesAssistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contractsReception and other administration duties where requiredManaging team rosters and timesheetsPlease note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance.
