You will be responsible for maintaining medicals, training, and inductions of Bureau Veritas staff.
You will also assist other administration staff with monthly invoicing, debtor management, and general office duties.Duties: Employee onboarding including pre-employment medical organisationSite induction access managementTraining co-ordination for employeesAnswering phone callsInvoicing customersLiaising with clientsGeneral office duties/responsibilitiesEssential Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience with client portals such as Pegasus, Avetta Connect, Damstra etc.Previous experience in an induction/onboarding roleExcellent computer knowledge with Microsoft Word & ExcelReliable/punctualAttention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn our proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe benefits:We offer a competitive salary and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organisation, as well as:
