With over 200 employees and more than 30 years of experience in major commercial and industrial projects across Melbourne, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a versatile Administrative Assistant to join our head office management team.
Key responsibilities include:
General administrative support
Booking and managing employee training, medicals, and competency courses and renewals.
Maintaining accurate records in workforce management and contractor systems including Damstra, Pegasus, HammerTech and Rail Industry Worker (RIW).
The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, ideally within the electrical or construction industry.
About You:
You will recognise that you play a key role in our team, taking ownership of your responsibilities.
Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to show initiative.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adept with technology with the ability to quickly learn new systems, as well as proficient in Excel, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
