Administration Manager (Temp Role)

Platinum Plumbing QLD Group are seeking an administration manager star to join our team in a temporary cover role, with the option to extend available for the right candidate! We strive to provide the best possible team culture with rewards in place and work flexibility a priority. 
This position requires a highly organised, hardworking and self-motivated person to lead our existing admin team. Your goal will be to keep all facets of the office and administration running smoothly, requiring the person to have superb time management and organisation skills. In house training will be provided by our team, however as this is a temp role we would ideally seek someone with trade administration experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the successful applicant your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Creating and submitting invoicesPersonal assistant work alongside our Managing DirectorCovering overflow of answering of incoming call on a busy switchboardCreating new jobs on our trade based platformsContacting clients to book appointmentsCommunicating with clients, supervisors, property managers, and sub-contractors- both written and verbalLiaise with our internal teamCoordinate access to properties with clientsSupport and assist with administrative duties as requiredCreating and maintaining systems for the progression of the team.Following up unpaid invoices Managing On Call CalendarsSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
Experience in an office management role, particularly trade or construction focused HIGHLY favourableBe proficient in XeroEffective at leading a teamA professional phone manner with excellent communication skillsBe proficient with G Suite and Microsoft appsExperience with ServiceM8 (an advantage)Knowledge of the trade industry (an advantage)Positive attitude and a team playerAbility to work efficiently & multi-task under pressureTeam player with a 'can do' attitude. Good problem solving skills, enthusiastic and willing to workHave exceptional organisational skillsHave a strong customer service focusAbility to forward-think and show initiativeAbility to pick up new skills quickly and maintain accurate informationBe a clear and logical thinker, able to comprehend issues and work to resolve them effectivelyABOUT US:
