Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to support the management of a major shopping centre. This role focuses on financial forecasting, tenant payment processing, and administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monthly financial forecasting and property accounting tasks.Manage tenant payments, accrual reports, and rent processing.Oversee end-of-month close procedures and rectify any GL errors.Calculate and charge interest on outstanding arrears.Support rent reviews and turnover rent actions.Maintain accurate tenancy schedules and handle lease renewals and amendments.Ensure recoverable charges (e.g., utilities, legal costs) are accurately processed.Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and asset plans with the Centre Manager.Train and supervise the Administration Assistant, ensuring adherence to policies.Provide administrative support to Leasing, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications or experience in Property Management or a related field.Strong analytical skills and experience in financial forecasting.Understanding of the Qld Retail Leases Act.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in MRI software and Excel.Proven ability to manage staff and implement training programs.
