Administration Manager - Randstad

Exciting opportunity to join our government client in a Case Management role for a period of 6 months.
Salary: $60 p/h plus super Location: Perth CBD The role of Case Management, is a team leadership position within the organisation and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a range of activities.
The role is required to provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership within the work area.
The position is also required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development that support the clients objectives.
Note: Applicants MUST have an Australian Citizenship Key skills required for role: Individual Case Management of matters involving risk and vulnerable participants.
Experience interpreting information and legislation to reach an agreed resolution.
Decision making skills and the ability to justify decision based on evidence.
Desirable skills to have for the role: Knowledge of the NDIS and supports for people with disability.
The ability to engage easily with a diverse range of people.
Ability to achieve individual and team goals and targets.
