As a team administrator, you will provide high-level support to the wider business.
Responsibilities would include: Updating information on client files and checking statusUpdating, following up, and responding to emails based on clients' needsSome reception dutiesSetting up meeting rooms and organizing cateringOrdering stationery and office suppliesProcessing orders and preparing invoicesAssisting the team with creating personalized proposals and document templatesReviewing and editing tender and product proposals prior to submissionEnsuring contracts have specifics and correct informationCreating and editing visual collateral for presentations to clients, including PowerPoint presentations and bookletsAssisting in the development, preparation, and maintenance of templates for clientsEnsuring important documentation is complete for marketing strategies and product launchesA successful candidate will possess: Strong administrative skills - Task-focused and detail-orientedExcellent written and presentation skills - Microsoft Office Suite, ADVANCED PowerPoint essential, Photoshop (desirable)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and manage conflicting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication with a collaborative approachTo apply, please follow the apply now prompts.
