Randstad are currently seeking multiple Business Support Administrators for local councils within the Southern and Inner west of Adelaide.
This is an opportunity to work across a diverse workforce in local council and engage with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
About the Role: Business Support Administrators will provide operational and administrative support.
Responding to queries, either via telephone, email or in person.
General administration support across the team as needed.
Creating and maintaining statistical reporting and maintaining databases.
General diary management Assist with projects in an administrative capacity Highly developed ability to use computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect of all council departments and its functions About You: Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a smooth function Strong experience working in a changing, busy paced environment Demonstrate ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
