About the role: You will be required to pro-actively support the Village Manager in ensuring that processes, systems, procedures, and resources are organised and coordinated. You will have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver a customer experience that optimises occupancy, revenue growth, and enhances the village culture and reputation.
Some of your day to day duties will include: End to End recruitment processes for all open roles in the village Reporting, data entry and responding to emails and phone calls Rostering and scheduling on a fortnightly basis for 100 employees. Process timesheets Office coordination for meetings, minutes and enquiries. The successful applicant will have: Previous experience as an Administration Officer or Receptionist with some managerial experience Experience with recruitment co-ordination and roster support Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Adaptability to work in a fast paced team environment. Outstanding time management and communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail Demonstrate commitment to our Scalabrini values Desirable: Previous experience in Aged Care would be highly regarded Ability to speak Italian or other languages What's in it for you?
