Dee Why Endoscopy Unit was established in 1988 and has continued to serve the community by offering a full range of Endoscopy procedures and developed a reputation for excellence by providing the highest standard of patient-centred care.
Dee Why Endoscopy Unit is looking for an Administration Manager to work on a part-time basis.
The successful applicant will be required to lead and manage a small team of Administration staff and ensure administrative functions run efficiently. In addition, your customer service skills will be exceptional.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
Experience in leading and managing a team is essentialPrevious experience working in a hospital and/or health care setting preferrableDemonstrated high level communication skillsExtensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and sound knowledge of IT systemsStrong organisation and time management skillsThe ability to take initiative, work independently and efficiently Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding attention to detail and accuracyProfessional front line customer service skills with a patient focusUnderstanding of privacy and confidentiality within the healthcare environmentUnderstanding of health insurance policies and eligibility checking is desirable Key duties include:
