The Opportunity As an Administration Manager at Dexus across two retail assets, Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and Northbridge Plaza, you will be responsible for undertaking accounts payable and receivable administration. You will work closely with the Centre and Head Office Teams to ensure the centres are in good operational and administrative working order. You will also be required to understand risk management and ensure that all risks are managed in line with Dexus policy and procedures.
This role is on site, 5 days per week, based at Royal Randwick.
You will make an impact by: Reception responsibilities, dealing with incoming calls and inquiries.
Customer service management across customers, retailers, contractors, and wider community.
Lease administration.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring purchase orders are raised and invoices processed.
Arrears collection, debt collection and reconciliation.
Manage all general office administrative tasks.
Recurring billing management, extended trade, and storage register management.
Prepare monthly documents and reports for sales.
Administrative support to marketing and operations team.
About You Previous experience in commercial property management, preferably working in Shopping Centre Management is highly regarded.
Experience in Administration Assistant/Administration Manager role.
Knowledge of financial administration; accounts payable and receivable is beneficial.
Experience with arrears management and debt collection is beneficial.
Ability to work in team and autonomously.
Well organised and ability to prioritise to deliver.
