Our client is a leading organisation in Australia, renowned in their field for their commitment to excellence.

They are currently seeking a passionate individual to join their team as an Admin Manager.
Location: Horsley Park, NSW Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum Type: Temp to Perm (6 month duration) Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Manage the entire property lifecycle, including negotiating and renewing leases, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring online travel booking systems meet company requirements.
Handle vehicle acquisitions from purchase price negotiations to securing financing with brokers.
Oversee the issuance and management of bank guarantees and company credit cards.
Provide comprehensive corporate administration services encompassing office operations, HR, property management, and vehicle fleet management.
Additionally, establish efficient procurement processes for supplier orders and contract negotiations, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
Manage all business insurance needs, including handling claims, renewals, and workers' compensation.
Regularly review and update company administration policies to ensure they remain compliant and effective.
Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on property management, asset procurement, and corporate administration.
Strong knowledge of Bank Guarantees and insurance management is advantageous.
Financial understanding, including credit card management and finance broker liaison.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Flexibility to adapt to change and handle multiple responsibilities.
Ability to manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
