#531434 Administration Manager Department of Finance Calvary Mater Newcastle Permanent Full-Time Salary Classification: Health Service Manager Level 2.Remuneration: $109,857 - $129,624 per annum + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDO'sTHE ROLE: The Administration Manager at Calvary Mater Newcastle plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the continuous improvement of the administration function.
This role is responsible for leading the review of administrative processes and operations, evaluating the administration function, and promoting knowledge sharing and continuous capability building across the team.
DUTIES: Manage and maintain staff rosters and payroll functions, including leave management, to ensure compliance with legislative, award and policy requirements.
Achieve both budget and service delivery targets whilst maximising service delivery outcomes for patients, staff and external customers.Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to Calvary Mater Newcastle.Management of work practices to ensure a high level of data quality is consistently achieved and maintained.Coordinate and manage the administrative functions in relation to Activity Based Funding, Non-Admitted patient activity, Medicare billing, Contact Centre activities, and Telehealth to meet data requirements and KPI's, while providing excellence in customer service.ABOUT YOU: Demonstrated ability in the recruitment, orientation and training, and performance management of staff to create high performing teams.Proven experience in the preparation and maintenance of rosters and associated payroll functions to meet Award and service needs.Demonstrated application of highly developed verbal, written and electronic communication skills to achieve business objectives.Demonstrated capacity to manage staff/teams who are required to undertake a diverse range of tasks, work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.Demonstrated capacity to respond effectively to customer needs and manage potential conflicts proactively.Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite and other electronic applications such as patient administration systems, rostering systems, and telecommunication systems.WHY JOIN US?
