An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Administration Manager in the Oxley family businesses.
This role will see you working across our three divisions (Oxley's Doors and More, Oxley's Roofing and Oxley's Building), having responsibility for our administration team members and processes.

About The Role
The role will be based at our office in Mildura.
You will be responsible for the management of our administration team members and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial management and bookkeeping Payroll Invoice validation and processing Insurance report preparation OH&S Asset management Other general office / administrative duties You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with our sales team along with our team on the tools.
You will be a critical part of the process in ensuring our work gets done right, on time and on budget.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of working in a senior position in a high performing office environment.
Experience in the trade industries is valued but not essential.
Our modern ways of working means that skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs and general tech knowledge is critically important, as is a willingness to learn and adapt.
