About the role:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Administration Manager to support the team at our Clyde North home.
Your day will have a variety of tasks from engaging with residents, their families and our employees to managing and overseeing all aspects of administrative tasks for the home.
This is a busy, multi-faceted role that will suit an empathic professional administrator with significant experience in the Aged Care sector.
Monday - Friday: 0900hrs – 1706hrsYou will be working within an inclusive and supportive team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families.
About you:You have a strong background in administration and a genuine ability to deliver a high level of customer service and support.
You are enthusiastic, highly organised and dedicated to making a difference.
Rostering / Time and Attendance experience essentialPrior experience in Aged Care or the Health sector desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong literacy and computer skillsAttention to detail, high organisational skills and able to multi-taskConfident and empathetic natureTeam playerTo be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current Police Check, along with COVID-19 (including Booster) and Influenza vaccination highly recommended.
