Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team in Newstead, Brisbane on a one-year fixed term contract.
This role is responsible for managing, planning and delivering operational and administrative support services to our Cotton business. You'll be part of a collaborative culture committed to operational excellence through your leadership of process improvement. You will lead our high performing administration team who provide support to our cotton operations, growers and key stakeholders.
We are seeking an organised individual who can:
Lead and manage a large team to ensure a productive and efficient work environment Manage the day-to-day administration function including accounts payable, cotton purchasing administration and reception Support job scheduling, resource allocation and tracking to ensure efficient, delivery of service Review contracts and audit data integrity and accuracy Enhance individual and team effectiveness through coaching, training and development Regularly liaise and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders Lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives Experience
Experience as an Office/Administration Manager Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience leading large teams Ability to manage time and data effectively Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience identifying and implementing process improvements Additional Information
