About the role An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Administration Manager to lead our admin teams across our 6 Tasmanian clinics.
This full-time role offers flexibility to work across clinics.
The position has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the administration teams at all sites and will report into the TAS State Manager.
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality administration services across our radiology clinics.
Collaborating closely with the National Admin and Operations Teams, you will drive a best-practice model for providing exceptional service to our patients, referrers, and customers.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflows, and fostering an outstanding patient experience.
As a key leader, you will manage staff, enhance efficiency, and uphold the values of professionalism and patient-centered care that define our organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience, with radiology expertise being highly desirable.

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of administrative staff across multiple clinic locations.Manage the recruitment, coaching and performance of all administration staff.Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services.Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff.Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes.Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff.Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance service delivery.Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff.Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded.Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required.About Us Radiology Tasmania is part of the Capitol Health community which is a national network of community-based medical imaging clinics including the brands: Capital Radiology, Direct Radiology, Future Medical Imaging Group, Fowler Simmons Radiology, Imaging Olympic Park, Women's Imaging and Lime Avenue Radiology.
