About the role
Healthe Care Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to join our team in Werribee, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficient and effective support for the wider business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee the administrative team, providing leadership, guidance and support Streamline and optimise administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency Coordinate a range of administrative functions including office supplies management, record-keeping, and general office management Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless administrative support Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and practices Provide high-level administrative support to the management team as required Contribute to the development and maintenance of office policies and procedures Participate in Credentialing of new VMOs and the re-credentialing process for existing VMOs as required Oversee rostering, recruitment and training What we're looking for
Significant experience in an administrative management or office management role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and office management software A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of attention to detail What we offer
