Our client is an impressive property firm with a high net worth portfolio and well established relationships in the Perth market. Due to continued growth, they now have a newly created role for an experienced Executive Assistant within their team supporting the Director and Asset Management division.

Your Duties

Producing presentations and reportsHandling all aspects of lease administration for their retail propertiesManaging and coordinating meetingsCreating agendas and taking minutesRent reviews and option noticesLetter of offers and disclosure statementsUpdating schedulesHandling permits and development plansAssisting with lease renewals and variations

The Ideal Candidate

Strong administration experience (essential)Experience working within the property sectorExperience handling retail leasesKnowledge of the retail leases act (WA)Medium to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detailExceptional communication, both written and verbalGreat interpersonal and negotiation skillsA flexible approach to work and an ability to work well under pressureCollaborative and have a team player approach
